Yes — that’s what the court registration is for. If you’re translating for a different kind of authority, tell us and we’ll confirm the right format before we start.

Not yet. At launch, checkout runs a clearly marked demonstration payment step that takes no card details and takes no payment — see the notice at checkout. Paying by bank transfer, with an invoice on confirmation, is the genuine option available today.

Full refund if you cancel before work starts; 50% if cancelled once translation is underway; no refund once a document is delivered — but you get a free revision within 14 days, and we redo the work at our cost if the error is ours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most services; because translation work often starts immediately at your request, you’ll be asked to expressly waive that right at checkout for orders you want started right away. See our Terms & Conditions.
