§ 01
If you cancel a translation order before we’ve started work, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after translation has started but before it’s complete, you receive a 50% refund of that order line. Once a translation has been delivered, it isn’t refundable — but you’re entitled to a free revision within 14 days of delivery for any accuracy or completeness issue, and we redo the work at our cost if a receiving authority rejects it for a formatting reason we didn’t flag in advance.
§ 02
Interpreting sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are subject to a 50% fee, reflecting the interpreter’s reserved time.
§ 03
As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from most services purchased online without giving a reason. Because translation orders are usually time-sensitive and begin as soon as you place them, you’ll be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate start and acknowledge that this waives the withdrawal right proportionately to the work already completed — full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
§ 04
If a delivered translation contains an error that’s genuinely ours — a mistranslation, an omission, or a document rejected on a formatting point we should have caught — we correct it at no charge, as quickly as the correction reasonably allows. This is separate from, and additional to, the 14-day free-revision window above.
§ 05
To request a refund, cancellation or revision, email support@salutetranslations.com quoting your order reference. We confirm most refund requests within 4 business hours and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days, once live payment is introduced (see our Terms & Conditions on the current demonstration payment step).
